Kielten ainejärjestöjen Translan ja Lexican alaisuudessa toimii myös vieraiden kielten ainekerhot. Ne ovat SAS (englanti), Lederhosen (saksa), Kosmos (venäjä) ja Svenssonit (pohjoismaiset kielet).
In addition to the associations of foreign languages there are also language clubs in Tampere University. These are SAS (English), Lederhosen (German), Kosmos (Russian) and Svenssonit (Nordic languages).

The English club SAS meets monthly to focus on organizing events and to enjoy some tea. Events like Burns Night, St. Patrick’s Day and the Halloween Party along with sitz parties and English students’ cruises form the essence of SAS. Englanninlukijoiden ainekerho SAS kokoustaa noin kerran kuussa tapahtumien suunnittelun ja teenjuonnin merkeissä. ⭐️ Lederhosen ⭐️
Lederhosen on pieni mutta sitäkin lämminhenkisempi saksan kielen ainekerho. Lederhosen palkittiinkin Lexican toimesta vuoden 2024 ainekerhona, kriteereinä mm. hyvä yhteishenki ja aktiivinen työskentely tapahtumien eteen. Saksan kielen opiskelijat tukevat ja kannustavat toisiaan, ja toivottavat kaikki avosylin vastaan! Lederhosen järjestää paljon matalan kynnyksen ja hyvän mielen tapahtumia, joista kuukausittaisia ovat Kaffeepause (kahvitunti) ja Deutscher Abend (ilta, jolloin puhutaan saksaa rennossa ympäristössä). Vuotuisia ovat Oktoberfest-sitsit ja pikkujoulut. Toisinaan voi päästä myös luonnon ääreen Lederhosenin matkassa (Ledsukan lenkki) tai katsomaan leffoja yhdessä. Lederhosen is a small but all the more welcoming German language club. In 2024 it was named language club of the year by Lexica for example for a good team spirit and for being active in planning events. German student support and encourage each other and welcome everyone with open arms! Lederhosen organizes lots of easily approachable events, for example the Kaffeepause (coffee break) and Deutscher Abend (where we gather to speak english in a relaxed setting) that take place once a month. Yearly events include the Oktoberfest -sitz party and the Pre-Christmas Party. Sometimes you can roam around in nature with Lederhosen’s hikes or gather to watch movies together. Kosmos on Tampereen yliopiston venäjän kielen opiskelijoiden oma kerho, joka järjestää pääasiassa venäjän opiskelijoille tapahtumia laidasta laitaan. Opiskelijoiden vuotta värittävät muun muassa perinteikäs Kosmoksen Mökki, vauhdikkaat sitsit ja rennot Kosnikit (Kosmoksen piknik). Kosmos tuo tullessaan hyvää menoa, josta ei vauhtia ja vaarallisia tilanteitapuutu!

Kosmos is a club for students of Russian language in Tampere University. It organizes events of all sorts primarily for students of Russian language. We bring joy to the academic year with events such as the classic Kosmoksen Mökki (Kosmos Cottage), exhilarating sitz parties and chill Kosniks (Kosmos picnic), for example. No matter the event – Kosmos is the most wanted.

Hejsan! Svenssonit on Tampereen yliopiston pohjoismaisten kielten opiskelijoiden ainekerho, joka on ollut toiminnassa vuodesta 2003. Pieni ainekerhomme järjestää kanssaopiskelijoille monenlaista toimintaa pitkin vuotta, muun muassa fikoja eli kahvittelua, svenska nattenin sekä luciakulkueen. Pääasiallisena tiedotuskanavanamme toimii Telegram-ryhmä. Somessa olemme aktiivisia Tiktokissa sekä Instagramissa. Hello! Svenssonit is the student organization for Nordic language students at Tampere University, active since 2003. Our small organization arranges a variety of events throughout the year for fellow students, including ”fikas” (coffee gatherings), Svenska natten, and the Lucia parade.
